In this class you will learn how to make a beautiful Strawberry Rose Tower made from fresh roses and fresh strawberries. We will teach the proper way to melt chocolate and brands to use, how to assemble the tower in a way that will make everything secure, how to price the product and how to transport from location to location.
We will go into details about picking out the right strawberries, best places to purchase them and how to prepare them for dipping. This class is recorded live and if you are tuned in you are able to ask questions that we will answer live! We will show step by step process in the decorating of the berries and will also include using the gold painting technique and “glitter”!
