Melting Chocolates

Warm Weather / Summer Shipping Policy

Summer weather is here. We do our best to ship chocolate in the safest/quickest manner. We are not responsible for melted chocolate or candy. Here are some pre-cautions you can take to help prevent melting from happening. 

What You Can Do:

1. Purchase Ice Packs & Insulation from us. 
2. Ship to a business address where someone will be to accept the package.
3. Choose a faster shipping method for all meltable items. 
4. Make sure someone is around to receive the shipment so it doesn’t sit outside in the sun.
5. Check the temperature in your area before shipping
6. We do not shipping chocolate orders over the weekend due to the packages sitting on the mail truck all day Sunday. Those orders will be shipped out the following Monday. 
7. IF YOUR CHOCOLATE ARRIVES MELTED IT CAN STILL BE USED, LET IT HARDEN UP AND THEN MELT IT AS YOU NORMALLY WOULD
