Melting Chocolates

          Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that certain candies will not melt, BUT we do our best to safeguard against it. We do not ship chocolates over the weekend as it will sit on a hot delivery truck. Pleas purchase ice packs with insulations to help protect against the heat.  Unfortunately, ice packs only last approximately 48 hours, so they cannot fully prevent heat exposure.  We try our best to account for this in our ETA, but this is not always perfect, so please be on the lookout for communications from our team! Please have someone available to receive the package on the first attempt. We don't not offer refunds for melted chocolate as it can still be melted down and used.
